Working Pattern: up to 37.5 hours per week
East Bridgford Medical Centre is contracted to run The Nottinghamshire County Fracture Liaison Service and has a different model of community nursing that holds the patient at the centre, triangulating both primary and secondary care via integrated working through virtual clinic. It’s a very exciting time to work with them and an opportunity to be involved in their project.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed, highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual who have an interest in Fracture liaison, Osteoporosis and/or Bone Health Nursing to join our forward thinking team at Nottinghamshire County Fracture Liaison situated at East Bridgford Medical Centre as a Community IV Nurse.
If you are a quality driven person wishing to deliver a high quality service to their patients and their families, have the ability to work well within a dynamic community environment and develop specialist nursing skills, they would love to hear from you. They are looking for individuals who share their vision in the provision of clinical excellence.
A full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential.
Competence in cannulation is desirable but training will be given to the right candidate.
The position is equivalent to a Band 5 depending on experience, Salary and work hours are negotiable.
