Overview of the Practice:
Greendale Primary Care Centre is based in Sneinton, Nottingham. We are part of the Nottingham City East Primary Care Network; and we have a list size of 9,500 patients. We would welcome applications for a 6 session salaried GP – of which one day per week will ideally be a Friday; with 1 regular half day on-call session. An interest in Minor Ops would also be advantageous. Opportunities are also available to cover an early-bird session and an existing care-home contract; but taking part in either of these is not a requirement. We are looking to welcome and support a committed and enthusiastic salaried GP, with a view to offering a Partnership to the right applicant.

We are a multi-skilled, friendly team consisting of:

  • 3 GP Partner
  • 3 x Salaried GP
  • 4 x Practice Nurses
  • 3 x HCAs
  • A strong administration team

This is a great opportunity to join our team and help develop it further. We are a long standing training practice and all three of our GP Partners are GP Trainers. We will usually have trainee student nurses, 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th year medical students; and pharmacy students. We currently have 4 GP Registrars and 2 F2 doctors and therefore a willingness to debrief trainees is essential. We also strongly encourage the development of own interests.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • 6 weeks Holiday Leave pro rata
  • 1 week’s Study Leave
  • NHS Pension Scheme
  • Continuous support from existing Partners and staff
  • Part of PCPO Contract
  • ES/LES Enhanced Service involvement
  • SystmOne software

We welcome applications from newly qualified clinicians or experienced GPs; and those with special interests. We can be flexible with sessions and will support newly qualified GP’s with longer appointment time slots.
