Job Type: Fixed term Working Pattern: up to 37.5 hours per week Fixed term contract (31/03/20).

The Nottinghamshire County Fracture Liaison Service is exploring a different model of community nursing that holds the patient at the centre, triangulating both primary and secondary care via integrated working through virtual clinic. It’s a very exciting time to work with us and an opportunity to be involved in our project.

An exciting opportunity have arisen for committed, highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual who have an interest in Fracture liaison, Osteoporosis and/or Bone Health Nursing to join our forward thinking team here at Nottinghamshire County Fracture Liaison situated at East Bridgford Medical Centre as a Community IV Nurse.

If you are a quality driven person wishing to deliver a high quality service to our patients and their families, have the ability to work well within a dynamic community environment and develop specialist nursing skills, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals who share our vision in the provision of clinical excellence.

A full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential.

Competence in cannulation is desirable but training will be given to the right candidate.

The post is for a fixed term period of 12 months ending 31/3/2020. There may be an opportunity to extend. The position is equivalent to a Band 5/6 depending on experience, Salary and work hours are negotiable.
