LMC Drop-in session: Nelsons Solicitors

Nelsons Solicitors will be providing guidance to practices at a series of drop-in sessions this month.
They will take place at the LMC’s office at 5 Phoenix Place, Nottingham, NG8 6BA.
Topics that can be raised include:

• General advice on documents GP partners and practices should have in place to adequately protect themselves and their business
• Partnership agreements
• Admission of a new partner
• retirement of a partner
• Annual leave obligations and maternity, paternity and adoption leave
• Expulsion of an existing partner
  The drop-in sessions run for 40 minutes between 10am-4pm.
  The sessions available are:

  11.40-12.20pm
  1.20-2pm
  2.10-2.50pm
  3-3.40pm
