Coroner summons reimbursement
GPs in Nottinghamshire who are summoned as witnesses by the Coroner’s Office are entitled to reimbursement for both travel and the costs of GP locum cover and additional administration time.
Prescribing and Dispensing
Dispensing doctors receive a fee for each item that they dispense. The feescale was introduced in the 2006/07 General Medical Services (GMS) contract.
Seniority payments, which were paid to a contractor in respect of an individual GP provider, are now being phased out and will end on 31 March, 2020.
